Post-renovation cleanup in Montreal, professional service priced by volume.
The condo reno is done, the contractor is gone, and there's still a pile by the storage locker: drywall offcuts, the old vanity, empty tile boxes, bags of joint compound. In a plex, it's the back balcony or the yard that fills up. We come load all of it, sweep up, and you get back a room you can live in, without booking a dumpster or making ten trips.
What we haul away during your post-renovation cleanup
- Drywall offcuts, broken gypsum board, bags of hardened joint compound and empty paint buckets
- Old countertops (melamine, laminate, quartz), kitchen cabinets and ripped-out bathroom vanities
- Old tub, shower, toilet, sink and lengths of plumbing pulled during the remodel
- Leftover flooring: hardwood planks, floating boards, underlay, ceramic and broken tile
- Cut 2x4s, mouldings, plywood, MDF and wood scraps from the new framing
- Cardboard and styrofoam packaging from new appliances, cabinets and delivered materials
- Old light fixtures, doors, door frames, windows and replaced blinds
- Sawdust, rubble, full debris bags and the general clutter left on the job site
How your post-renovation cleanup works
Send us photos of the basement, garage or driveway where the material piled up, and we send back a price in under 2 hours. On the day, we go in and take it all out: drywall, old countertop, leftover flooring, packaging. We load the truck and sweep the room after. The price is confirmed before we touch anything and it holds to the end, with no surprise fees.
Why bring us in for your post-renovation cleanup
After a reno, the material is awkward to handle: drywall that bends, a quartz countertop that's heavier than it looks, sharp tile, and often a freshly painted staircase between the room and the street. Our own crew (Pavel, Mickael, Justin) carries it all down with care, covered by liability insurance. The price follows the space taken in the truck, confirmed before we load. We sort the wood, metal and packaging cardboard to recycling and recovery, about 80% diverted from landfill, and only the residual is disposed of.

Read our story
Ramasse Vite was founded in 2025 by three partners: Pavel, Mickael and Justin. Starting out on the South Shore, they shared the belief that junk removal could be reliable, transparent and done right. Ramasse Vite Montréal is the same crew and the same way of working, all over the island.
Our mission is simple: make junk removal and waste pickup effortless for our clients. Whether it's furniture removal, construction debris hauling, a basement or garage cleanout, or a full property clearout, we handle every project with diligence, cleanliness, punctuality, and a genuine environmental urgency. Our crew knows Montreal's realities: plexes and their outdoor staircases, back lanes, tight parking and the July 1st rush.

FAQ: post-renovation cleanup in Montreal
Do you only pick up debris, or also the old countertops and ripped-out cabinets?
Both. We take out the old countertop, kitchen cabinets, vanity, old tub and toilet at the same time as the drywall offcuts and wood scraps. It all goes in the same truck, and the price covers the labour to carry it out, even from an upper floor or the basement.
How much does it cost to clear debris after a renovation?
We charge by the space the material takes in our 10-cubic-yard truck, starting at $185, labour and transport included. Reno debris is dense, so send us photos of the pile: we give you a firm price in under 2 hours, and it holds to the end.
Does the reno material just go to landfill?
No. We sort the wood, metal, packaging cardboard and salvageable ceramic toward recycling and a recovery facility, about 80% diverted from landfill. Only the non-recoverable residual is disposed of. For paint or solvents, let us know: those are hazardous waste that go to an HHW drop-off, not in the regular truck.
